PuzzleNest (“the app”) is an offline puzzle game published by ProReached (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the app handles and what happens to it. In short: your data stays on your device.
1. Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information. The app has no servers to send data to, and the released app does not request the Android internet permission, so it cannot transmit data over the network.
We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, device identifiers, advertising ID, photos, files, or usage and crash data.
2. Information stored on your device
To save your progress, the app keeps the following only on your device, in the app’s private storage, which other apps cannot read:
- game progress and unfinished games
- statistics, game history, personal bests, achievements, XP, level and coins
- favorites, daily streaks, daily-challenge status and unlocked cosmetic items
- settings (sound, music, haptics, theme, text size and other accessibility options)
- the display name and avatar you choose (optional and never transmitted)
This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. Android cloud backup is turned off for the app, so it is not copied to Google Drive or any other cloud service.
3. Permissions

The app does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos, media or files.
4. Third-party services
The app contains no third-party advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, social or payment SDKs. There are no in-app purchases.
When you download the app, Google Play handles the download and may process information under Google’s Privacy Policy. We do not receive personal information about you from Google Play.
5. Data retention and deletion
Your data stays on your device until you delete it. You can delete it at any time by:
- opening Settings → Reset all progress in the app, or
- clearing the app’s storage in Android settings, or
- uninstalling the app.
Because we hold no copy of your data, we cannot restore it after it is deleted, and there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf.
6. Security
Your data is protected by Android’s app sandbox: it lives in storage that only PuzzleNest can access. No data is transmitted, so there is no data in transit to protect.
7. Children’s privacy
PuzzleNest is a general-audience puzzle game. It does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13, and it contains no ads, chat or links to social networks.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Because we do not collect or hold personal data, all of your data is already under your control on your device, and you can delete it as described in section 5. You can contact us with any privacy question.
9. Changes to this policy
If a future version of the app adds a feature that changes how information is handled, such as an optional online service, we will update this policy before that version is released and describe the feature clearly in the app. The effective date at the top always shows the latest version.
